Doctor Fix it was helpful as they were able to schedule the next day and get things completed quickly. We had our AC, furnace and Water Heater replaced by them. However, after city inspection we needed more work done and had ongoing issues.Additionally, the woman that does scheduling/answers phones is very rude. I believe her name is Jamie. Her customer service skills are lacking and she always has to have the last word. She made me feel very dismissed and inferior when trying to ask questions, clarify and schedule. We won’t use Doctor Fix It again because of her.
