Best Water Extraction in Denver CO

Our sewer line plugged up a few days before Christmas. I called a few plumbing companies in the area, and all of them said they could not get to us until after Christmas. I called Roto-Rooter and the lady said, When would you like us to come out? I said, Right away, she said ok. Daniel & John showed up in a couple hours. They were super polite, and very professional. They had the problem located in no time. They cleaned out the main line, and checked it with their camera to make sure it was done properly. What an awesome team they made.

Called for clearing of clogged sewer line. Lots of microscopic print paperwork and then confusion about whether warranty from two week earlier sewer line clearing would apply (it did not). Crew came out to clear and another crew to do clean-up. Estimate for waterjetting 92’ and clean-up was about $7K (over 5K of which was clean-up of about 10’ x 20’ space which had been covered with less than an inch of sewer water on it that subsequently drained). Final bill had charges for three pick-up loads of trash disposal, and toilet removal which were adjusted off after it was pointed out that neither happened. Total came to about $4K, plus frustration.

The Technician Troy really did some nice work in getting our evaporate cooling system up and running quickly, and he was very professional.I only had one minor issue with the experience overall about the billing, but when Jesse at Blue Sky heard, he'd contacted me, and rapidly took care of the situation. The customer service here has been great.All in all I was pleased with the experience! I would certainly recommend them.

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
