The work Kevin performed was excellent. He was very professional and pleasant. The cost was reasonable, too.I was not at all thrilled with the customer service. The 8:00AM to 10:00AM appointment window was NOT kept; the technician finally arrived about 11:45AM. So, there's definitely room for customer service improvement.I would suggest customer(s) be contacted, BEFORE the expiration of their respective appointment window(s), giving the customer(s) options to continue waiting or rescheduling or cancelling.The key is timely, respectful customer contact.

Robert tech #0234 and Caleb tech #5456 came out to fix a leaking outdoor hose bib. They were on time and very friendly. The next day I had a another issue and Robert tech #0234 returned to fix that issue again very friendly and professional. Talked to Robert about running a gas line of a fireplace insert and he was more than informative, will request Robert when the time comes for the gas line.

We've had the pleasure of having Steve G. from Blue Sky fix both of our furnaces this winter and the service we received was outstanding. Steve was friendly, hard-working and was able to take care of our heating issues very quickly. I will definitely call Blue Sky Plumbing and Heating with any future heating / cooling needs.

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
