Was able to give us sound advice just by looking at some pics we sent him via text to diagnose the emergency we were having (city water meter failed, flooding our basement). After he helped get that taken care of, he came out later in the week to install a wifi shutoff and replace a leaky manual shutoff. Great experience and will definitely use again.
