We've used them twice now. They've always helped out really quickly and they're very professional. We previously used Smith who wanted us to wait 3-4 weeks. Roto-rooter showed up within a few hours. Smith didn't do the job correctly and had to come back 2-3 times to fix their own mistakes. We never had that problem with Roto-Rooter. Cannot recommend them enough.

Way too many details in my 12 day experience with crown and my hot water tank. They never did come out and fix it. Cheryl the secretary was afraid AHS wouldn't pay if my tank was under warranty with tank maker. They NEVER answer phone before 445pm and one time I called and voice mail box was FULL. WTH. Yes it was 12 days. As bother some as it was to always boil water, I am awfully patient. It's a curse
