The boiler in the property was quite old. Naturally, on one of the coldest days of the year, the boiler decided to quit working. I spent an hour calling essentially twenty different companies before speaking with Jessica at Prime. She was able to get Nate to come to our house the following morning, where he fixed the boiler. He also gave us a very reasonable quote for the boiler replacement.

They repaired one of my GFCI outlets. Quickly and very polite. I have used them before in another house to fix the humidifier attached to the furnace. Great service. I have them coming out next week to clean out furnace and water heater and have 100% confidence in this company.

T.J. and his crew did a great job. They installed a new furnace (which runs so much quieter than the old one!) and a new AC, new inline filter, new duct, new breaker for existing thermostat, and a new furnace drain line. They were very professional, answered all our questions, and finished up by explaining how everything worked to our satisfaction. A few days later when the city inspector, came, he said Plumbline always does a good job. We agree.
