Little did I know that the $99 is just a trip charge to literally show up to the door, and that it would be an additional $600 to inspect the items my general inspector brought up. The guy just looked at my inspectors and did NOT look at a single item physically. Next time, they should not falsely advertise that inspecting and providing an estimate would be $99.
