Michael got to the source of our plumbing leak very quickly, fixed it with as little intrusion as possible, and explained exactly what he did to fix it.We were supposed to have a toilet installed on the same day, however it seems the team was not informed that that was going to be the case and the work on that couldn't be done. Main job was done very well, but there seems to be some slight troubles with communication between teams.Still very much appreciate Tipping Hat and they've provided us with great service.

Branden Ganshaw came out to fix an outdoor faucet that leaked when on. He used a wrench to tighten it and that was all I needed! Because we are a service member, there was no charge! Branden repaired the faucet easily, because he used his expertise and skills that I lacked!
