Amazing service and Same Day! I've had a slow draining bathtub that has been an issue off and on for quite some time. I was able to get same day service to fix this problem, which is HUGE for me because I'm about to go on vacation and have guests coming. Everything was left looking perfect and clean, I'm extremely happy and satisfied, would absolutely do business with Benjamin Franklin again in the future.

Want to shout-out Adam for helping us with our furnace last week. It was a frustrating time trying to track down the issue because it would work sometimes and go out others. Adam continued to come out and work with us on a solution, doing research on his own time to figure out the issue and always had a great attitude. I think we got it figured out now and am very grateful for the effort put in with all the cold days we've had. Thanks!

Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

Carlos and his crew (Manny and Noah) came to replace my AC and furnace (the old one was 18 years old). They were extremely professional and quick. It is working wonderfully now! They even gave me advice about how to get more AC into the upstairs bedroom. I am always satisfied with the service from Golden West and especially Carlos! Thank you so much!
