After attempting refurb on old furnace, i needed a new furnace install (w/ac and even a new wifi thermostat included), which i expected. They had it scheduled and completed the next day. Their service was exceptional, professional, and fast, from front office to techs. They pull a permit - which not every company will do - and everything was brought up to code. Great financing, too, if needed. Adian, Alden, Aaron, Alex and a couple more whose names ive forgotten were so helpful. Worth the money to give them a call.UPDATE 2/8/23: It was time for my furnace tune up, plus thermostat lost its wifi connection (the thermostat is a different company that they use and it does not always link up with Xfinity very well). Brandon tuned up furnace in 10 mins and got my thermostat reconnected to wifi. Great service by Brandon AND front office!

Jay Ritter and his apprentices Ryan and Mark(we think this is the correct name) and Richard were just fabulous. We could not have had better service. They arrived at 7:30ish and Jay left at 4:30. He gave us such a thorough tutorial about our new system. He is a very good teacher, especially with the new thermostat. The gentlemen worked hard all day just to make sure we had heat tonight!!!! They made no mess, which really impressed me. They covered the carpet and the hardwoods. Their organization is perfect. A pickup truck appeared around noon and two men carried the old furnace and AC off for scrap metal. Everything was just perfect. I would not go to anyone but Plumbline. They hire really good people. And, the team we had today is a perfect example of the best. Thank you, Plumbline!!!!

Charles was incredible. Came out on a Sunday. Found inexpensive, elegant solutions to all my problems. Cannot recommend him more highly.
