Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

We had a hot water line break in our upper bathroom. We called Golden West and, while they weren't able to get out immediately that day, their tech arrived first thing the next morning to get the line repaired, which I was fine with. I was able to locate the leak and shut the main supply off myself so there was no urgency. The tech made the repairs in timely and professional manner. Very please with Golden West.
