Best Plumbing Evaluation in Denver CO

I have never posted a negative review, but my experience with the Denver area Roto-Rooter is pathetic. I called on Dec 31st to schedule a camera inspection for a basement shower drain. The operator indicated someone from dispatch would call me back within the hour to schedule an appointment. No one called. I wrote it off to being the holidays and waited to hear from them on Jan 2nd. No one called. I called to schedule an appointment and was giving an appointment time of 10 - 2 on Jan 6th. 2 o'clock came and went. No one called. I called to ask about the appointment. I was told dispatch would look into it and call me back. Two hours went by and no one called. I called back. I was put on hold so long by dispatch that I was transferred back to the operator. Transferred back to dispatch and the phone rang for appropriately 3 minutes before I hung up and called back. Dispatch would not speak to me, but relayed a message through the operator that there was a chance the technician would be able to make it before 6:00pm. No one showed up. No one called. No one called for two days. I called back on Jan 8th. After appropriately 15 minutes, dispatch informed me that a technician was scheduled between 10 -2. That wasn't an option since no one informed me about this new appointment time. Needless to say, I cancelled my service all together and found a different service provided. If their customer service is this awful, I can only imagine their professional service is not much better.

Mile High Plumbing was dispatched by our home warranty company, 2-10. Bobby responded immediately and was able to come out same day - YAY! He determined that the leak was due to freeze, which unfortunately, would not be covered by the home warranty. No matter, we proceeded with the job anyway. He was wonderful to work with - first contact to completion was only about 4 hours. He did the repair work as minimally invasive as possible, no big holes to patch or mess to clean up. Robert is personable and efficient - I highly recommend Mile High Plumbing!
