It was a gas leak but I think I was overcharged for him to put some plumbing tape On two fittings that took him less than an hour to do And charge me 375😟😟

I was so happy to be connected to this company!! I was previously told by another plumbing company that I needed to replace my entire sewer line. I thought something was fishy so I had Better Plumbing come to inspect the lines. The $135 fee was more than worth it. The technician did a camera view of the line and there were NO cracks and breaks that the other company (Plumbline) said were there. Plumbline quoted me over $12,000!! So, to say the $135 was worth it is quite the understatement. All the technicians from Better Plumbing were more than nice and informational. They gave me 2 camera pictures of my lines immediately. Something the original company never did. Don't be taken advantage of!! Get this second opinion. There are companies out there that will do anything to get your money. I had my lines Hydro Flushed through Better Plumbing and my lines are next to new. This all cost me $635!! They also wrote a statement that there is nothing wrong with my lines. Plumbline tried to scare me to get this done immediately or my sewer would overflow..... Unbelievable! Watch out for wolves.....

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

I contacted Horizon on a Saturday afternoon after our AC went out. They offered to have someone come at 11 am the next day (Sunday) for no extra trip charge than they charge during the week. I met a technician who arrived at 11 on the dot the next day. He determined that we needed a new AC and furnace since this until was 16 yrs old and the coolant wasn't made any longer. He called a coworker who does estimates and gave her some information about the unit. Even though it was Sunday, and her day off, she offered to come out and measure. We were given 3 options and scheduled the installation for 4 days later. Three professional, articulate, smiling employees arrived at 7:30 am, put on shoe covers and began covering the carpeting where they were going to be working. At 3:30 I got a call that they were finished and they showed me what they had done, how to work the thermostat and they cleaned the whole area and even replaced a vent cover that was missing screws and had fallen down some time ago. They handle the paper work for the $500 Xcel rebate and mail it for you. As they were leaving I heard one guy say to the other ,Great job today which told me a lot about their culture. Horizon understands customer service, knows what they are doing technically and hires and trains happy, professional employees. Horizon exceeded my expectations from the first call until they made arrangements for the inspection. I would use Horizon again in a heartbeat.

Rude, unprofessional driving trying to merge in front of one of these vans today. I had my blinker on long enough to wait for another car to pass before I started moving over. Flailing hands and rude gestures to follow. Barely made my exit.

My shower was leaking so I reached out to Jeff and he was very quick to respond. He had a busy schedule but was able to fit me in within a couple days. The fix to my problem was only some minor caulking so Jeff left it up to me and didn't charge me a dime. I'm 100% going to call Jeff for all of my plumbing problems.

I recently had a leak in my basement that required urgent attention in order to get my water back on in the house. Bill was able to send Dan over very quickly and found and fixed the leak. Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.
