Sammy and Ian have did multiple projects for my home. They are fair when they price and go well beyond what is expected from their services. I would recommend their services to be the first call when dealing with any pumping.

The advertisement $93 or it's free is not true. We had someone come out and we were told that they do not go into crawl spaces . They were going to have to take the toilet off. It was going to cost us another $75. No that is not a ton of money. Yes it says restrictions apply but when scheduling the appointment they should be asking those questions. We were very disappointed. We had a good experience with the replacement of our furnace but we were disappointed with this. The technician was very nice. When you schedule a service on a budget those surprise extra costs just won't work!

David was prompt in returning my phone call and quickly assisted locating the source of my plumbing problem. Prompt resolution and very reasonable rate. He also helped my parents with fixing a gas valve and rerouting the line for their new range. Friendly, punctual, and efficient. I would recommend Sound Plumbing to anybody who needs a plumber!

Would recommend James Riley/Green Plumbing in a heart beat! We came back from a vacation to find that our water heater not working, and it wasn't an easy fix that we could do ourselves. We called around town, no one was able to see us same day other than Applewood (who were ridiculously high priced, don't bother calling those guys, they gave us one option for repair and it was super/unreasonably high priced), but James was able to come by first thing the next morning and was awesome! He respectfully talked with us about our multiple options for repair, talked reasonably about pricing with each options so that we could make an appropriate decision for our budget, and timelines to get it taken care of and to ensure that we were up to code and that the work was done efficiently. He was very respectful of our home, was good to our dog and greeted our dog kindly whenever he was coming into our home, he was thorough in his work. I cannot say enough good things about James, his professionalism, and the work that he did. If you have a plumbing issue, do yourself a favor and start with calling James!
