Dallas was the Done Plumbing tech that provided service at our home. We received multiple calls from him as well as dispatch that he was on his way. He was on time at the very beginning of the window that we had agreed to. He was very easygoing and efficient. The quote that was provided before the work commenced was the final bill despite a few surprises in the job. We had called a couple of other plumbers prior to calling Done and they simply never showed up. Done Plumbing was very professional all around and I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue, emergency or otherwise. I will keep them on speed dial from now on just in case.

Cam and Nate were very helpful and quick to diagnose the problem with my water heater. They were here within 3 hours of my initial call to get someone to come look, and within 10 minutes of arriving at my home they had the water heater fixed. They even took the time to explain what caused the problem. I am delighted with the level of service provided with To the T and will definitely use them again in the future.
