Get an independent opinion, don´t let yourself rush into an expensive, unnecessary repair!!!!! Plumbline has been identified as a scam company. Our personal experience with them resulted in an estimate of $11,700 for a repair that was not even necessary. Fortunately, an independent home inspector conducted an investigative video on our behalf and found that the problem identified by Plumbline did not exist.To add to this, we were charged a fee for a VIP membership that we did not agree to by the Plumbline supervisor. We have also found several people who have had similar experiences, and we hope that you can raise awareness of this scam. Plumbline is continuing to charge people exorbitant amounts for non-existent problems, and we believe it is crucial to shed light on this matter.

I have used Golden West since I bought my house over four years ago and they are great. I have always been able to get a prompt appointment and Carlos has been the tech every time. Super nice guy, very professional and not the kind of tech that tries to upcharge and find stuff that does not need fixing. Can't say enough nice things about him and Golden West. Would definitely recommend using them.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.
