I believe the gentleman's name was Dominique, he came out pretty quickly took a minute to look at what needed fixed, then grabbed his tools and got the job done in roughly 30-45 minutes. We then turned on all the water in the house to make sure it was draining correctly.Afterwards I paid and he left. He also cleaned up any messes he made during the job which was a first for me. Typically I have to clean up when I call someone out to unclog that drain. But not this time.

Denver Water is assisted by Aaark as Denver Water replaces the main water supply line to each house in Congress Park. Nick Mancuso from Aaark came to make the final connections inside my house along-with a new on/off valve. Nick was quite thorough & helpful to me. I really appreciate that.

Jose was very professional,compassionate courteous, and thorough!! He let me know every step of the way what was going on, and what I need to look out for in the future!! Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Chad wired our basement, he was professional, friendly, and did and excellent job. He corrected previous electrical work that was not safe and up to code. I will call him back to do more work upstairs when the time comes. Chad worked well with our 9 year old inquisitive grandson.
