He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! These people were beyond fantastic. I called 12/23 with a sluggish toilet and they sent Allen out that same afternoon. He worked for about an hour 1/2 and ran into an obstacle his machine couldn't get past. He recommended further options and helpful suggestions. The situation ended up needing some major excavation work (being done by another company), but Hyper Flows response was fast, appropriate, and because he couldn't solve my problem, he didn't charge anything for the work. I was astonished. I will use this company again and highly recommend them for their expertise and integrity.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

We had central air installed a month ago.It was easy to set up the estimate. The company was clear as to who was coming and what was going to be done. Greg came out on time and spent awhile looking at everything, and asking questions about what we wanted.He then prepared a bid and assured us no additional cost if something were to happen during the instal.We picked out a product that worked for us and set a date.The crew came first thing in the morning and worked for 12 hours in the heat to accomplish everything. They were all extremely friendly, and professional.There were a few hiccups, and slight problems but Plumbline came through and filled every promise.They also sent cookies after!
