Despite being provided a 4-hour timeframe, I was stood up three days in a row?! The second day, I got zero calls from them saying they were going to be late, so I eventually called them to see what the deal was. The dispatcher was very apologetic and told me that he updated the system so that I would be a top customer the next day and guaranteed they would make it out to me the next day. I was given a window of 10-2 and I got a calls around 10:50 and 12:45 saying they still expected someone to be there by 2pm. I didn't hear from then again until 4pm saying they were still working on someone getting out to me. I told them to forget about it. Being given a 4-hour window for three days in a row and being stood up each time, is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Jake H. did a great job for us unclogging a really difficult clog pretty far down in our kitchen drain. But I can only give three stars because it was SO expensive and because no one showed up the first time we scheduled. I had to call several times to reschedule.
