He went above and beyond to assist me with my concerns, answer my questions and his honesty. David took the time to assess the clogged drain and determined that it had cleared itself, so there was no need to proceed with the service. My money was returned, and there was no charge. Honestly, I would’ve been fine paying something for the trip and time. I have used Plumbline before and will again!

AAARK is a great choice for you HVAC needs they were less expensive than their competitors. Mat and Jimmy were very professional. Jimmy the electrician ran his wire and connected everything to the box, inspected and secured the wire, he was very friendly an super helpful. I will likely request him for future AAARK electrical work.

Matt has done an amazing job with the installation of my under cabinet radiator he kept the project clean and even came out to adjust the positioning of the radiator, he did outstanding work. He also talked to us about upgrading to a more efficient boiler/hot water heater setup. Showed me pictures of other more efficient set ups and I look forward to contracting AAARK for that install.

The tech showed up on time. Looked at my boiler for 5 minutes and then walked off the job stating that he had no expertise to work on my heating system (a simple boiler system). The tech never called Time ask to send someone who was able to work on boilers and just left. Time had been informed as to the exact condition of the heating need including boiler system. I had no heat in the house having waiting half a day for assistance, the tech just walked away! Having to try to call some other company to get assistance and repair and restore heat while snowing outside. Not what I call customer service or even desire to assist in a meaningful way. UGH!
