We had a very weird situation with a leak in our basement’s ceiling that became emergent quickly. Done Plumbing was very responsive. Roscoe arrived right on time. He was very transparent about the situation and potential costs. Once he discovered the source of the leak, he clearly explained what was happening, quickly got the proper parts to repair it, and we were able to turn our water back on functionally within the hour. Super professional, friendly, considerate. Because of Roscoe, we will be calling Done for any other issue we may have in the future. Thank you!

I was in a panic when I went downstairs to find my basement flooded. My water heater had burst. Called Prime based on their incredible reviews and was not disappointed. The plumber showed up waded through the water and found the shutoff to my house. He was able to help me coordinate the water clean up and then returned next day to replace my water heater. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Scheduling an appointment with Horizon was easy. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He quietly went about his work and when finished, he satisfactorily answered all of our questions. We will definitely use Horizon again!

We have been Plumbline Services customers since 2016. Friday August 12th we had the pleasure of having Electrician Ryan in our home. We had to install 3 ceiling fans, and a doorbell. Ryan was exceptional fast, friendly, and reliable. He explained thoroughly what he was going to do, and how he was going to do it. Ryan was in our home in 2016 when we put in a new Furnace, and was here to help with the Electrical side of that. So it was very cool to see a familiar face that has been with the company for that time, and longer. AAARK has taken good care of us for years. When our furnace went out in January shortly after buying our home, they had a new one installed at a reasonable price before we froze. And when our original air conditioner stopped cooling our home in the middle of a hot summer, they again quickly got us going and cooled down. And once again, on the coldest day in January when the heat stopped working, they came to our rescue right away and educated me on the value of regular maintenance.
