Did a great job, were extremely transparent and understanding

The company performed fixing the water leak that came from main line. It was expensive. The workers made a hole in the basement to put through the pipe. The company didn’t seal the hole, where they put the pipe through. That resulted in multiple floodings in the basement throughout the years. We kept asking the worker why is it flooding , if they did or don’t do something, to which they kept saying, everything was fine and that it needs more dirt in the spot. We finally had to go and when we took off the drywall and all we saw the hole unsealed. It cost so many repairs from flooding in the basement. I do not recommend this company.

Ryan is great! This company really cares about the customer. When I initially called a week ago even emergency appts were four days out, and I had a tub faucet that had a stream leak so I had to call another company that was able to come that day. Without doing anything at all they told me it was the cartridge and would cost me $680 to replace it. I felt like I was being taken advantage of as I do know that cartridges for my faucet cost on average $25 so I ordered it online. The new one didn't stop the leak so I tried Green Plumbing Solutions again and got to talk to Ryan. I explained to him what I had gone through with the other company but had originally wanted to use Green Plumbing and that I still had a major leak. It was Wednesday and I had to make an appt for Friday because they were booked solid but I wanted to use them so I was willing to wait. Ryan called me back and offered to stop by Thursday morning in between jobs to take a look and see if he could stop the leak so i wouldn't have to wait until Friday. Unfortunately it needed a different part that Ryan offered to pick up from a warehouse that was on his way from another job on Friday before my actual appt. Ryan went above and beyond to deliver awesome service! Leak is fixed and at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using Green Plumbing Solutions and Ryan for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you again Ryan!
