Luis was great and very knowledgeable. He noticed our water pressure was far too high which can cause major problems in addition to the issue he originally came out for. Communication with the company was fantastic. Overall a great experience start to finish.

I had a new water heater, air conditioner, furnace and thermostat installed by Tipping Hat on July 28, 2022. On October 8, I went to turn on the furnace for the first time and the brand new furnace would only start up for a few minutes, then shut down with error codes on the thermostat. On Tuesday October 10 Tipping Hat sent Matt H and Romeo S to diagnose the problem. This took some time, patience, and phone calls, but issue turned out to be that the intake vent was clogged with leaves. Mat and Romeo cut through the PVC venting in the crawl space, removed the blockage and reconnected the piping.They also spent time answering all questions that I had about the system and Matt even helped me setting up the wifi on the thermostat! I really appreciate the time that they spent getting the problem resolved!

I had a backed-up sewer drain and I thought I would give Plumbline a try. So I scheduled an appointment and Noah from Plumbline called and let me know he was on his way. Noah arrived and listened closely to my comments and then made his own inspection. Noah decided on an entry point for his drain cable machine and then methodically ran the cable in and out, until the blockage was cleared. Noah tested his work by running extra water down the drain and there was no longer any backup. Thank you Noah !!! I recommend this company.

We love Blue Sky! We have needed them two times this past year, our basement flooded once and then a pipe under our kitchen sink busted but the part was so old- nobody even made it anymore. Isaiah and Jay were the techs that got sent over and they fixed our problems the first time with no issues :) Both technicians were very knowledgeable, kind, honest and efficient. Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Charlie is great. He and son came out and installed a new heater. Service was on time, on budget, with no fuss. I heartily recommend.
