Justin J. replaced a water heater, installed a PRV, and a new circulator pump for me. After getting quite a few quotes from various shops around town, I ultimately went with Time (and Justin) because they were competitive in pricing, but also made me feel that they were going to do a quality job, which turned out to be the case.
