My air-conditioning went out on a Saturday afternoon. Good luck getting anybody to come out on the weekends (in July) in a responsive way. I have a contract with another provider, and they couldn’t come out until Tuesday afternoon, so because of the ads Plumbline runs, and because I used to use them at a different home, I gave them a call to see if they had someone available and they showed up in two hours. Fixed the problem in 20 minutes and was out the door (@Abbas for being professional and fast) . Also, they have a great website where you can book your appointment online and even attach a video describing the problem, so I didn’t even talk to anyone to book it. So great. Totally going to call plumbline from now on. Thank you!

Darryl came out on short notice on a Saturday to diagnose an issue we were having with our water heater. He wasn’t expecting to have to replace it but that’s what needed to happen. He made arrangements with his office to have someone deliver a new tank and stuck around to take care of the job. He never once complained in the 5 hours he was at our house and was even nice to our pets. My wife especially liked how he took the time to talk through our options without “mansplaning” it to her. We have trusted Blue Sky with all of our needs over the years and will continue to do so after today.

These guys are solid. They have done three different projects for me: small electrical repair, roof replacement, and most recently a full basement remodel (will post pictures soon). Not professional at all I greed on a price and then they wanted to charge me double when they came and left foot print all over my carpet they use two or three different phone number scamer for sure also I found them on facebook market place they play games like if I was dumb not recommended and not the way to do business they should have their license taken if they even have one
