We've had William Doering over multiple times for a variety of bells and whistles we wanted to add to our HVAC along with some maintenance. His work has been excellent, but as first time homeowners we are especially grateful for his willingness to explain every little detail to us and give us honest advice that isn't about making a sale. It occurred to me that my water heater was old and that I should replace it before it went out and potentially flooded the area. I contacted AAARK. As it turned out, my water heater was originally installed in 2002! They sent Chad out on 1/13/21 to give me a quote and he installed the new water heater on 1/14/21. Both times he called when he was on the way. He was on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He drained the old and lugged it out of the house, then brought the new one in, all single-handedly. He worked diligently and never took a break. He had all the tools and equipment needed to do the job. When he was finished, he showed me how to light the pilot light should the need arise, and then he cleaned up after himself. Thank you, Chad!

Jason was awesome! We had a gas leak in the control valve of our boiler and he went above an beyond to help us fix the issues so we were not without hot water. We will definitely use Golden West again for any future needs.

I called Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric and they were super polite and sent someone out within a couple hours. Nate F. came out and was the super professional. He was very nice and obviously knowledgeable. He not only diagnosed and repaired the leak, but added an additional shut-off valve and upgraded part of the line to copper. He did all this efficiently and with a smile. Thanks, guys!
