Beware of this rip off despite the great reviews online. I called at 8:15am because a floor drain had backed up overnight and the reviews on Roto Rooter were so good online. I was quoted within 2 hours. The only person I heard from in this window was a saleswoman trying to upsell cleanup of my water backup before a plumber was even there to look at the issue. After 3.5 hours I finally heard back from the plumber and was quoted almost $400 to snake out the line (not even a mainline). I called a local business and had the job completed in an hour for $125. I should have known any company who can not give you a general idea of pricing for cleaning out a line over the phone is going to try to burn you when they are standing there in your home.

If you're looking for an honest quality plumber, David Phillips is your guy. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. They didn't return my calls and refused to tell me the part number that they supposedly ordered. They tried to scam Americam Home Shields and myself. After three weeks and $75 later I had to hire a company that actually knew plumbing. Check out the nine complaints on the Better Business Bureau website as well. Do not trust them with your money, property, and plumbing.
