First Response Plumbing, also known as Sure Plumbing, is an excellent plumbing company that I would definitely recommend to anyone. Ilya came to our place to install the new water heater. After finishing the work, he was so nice that he also offered to repair a leaky faucet in the laundry, for no additional charge. Very professional and humble man.

I had a pipe burst in my basement and my sewer line backed up and flooded. I called King Rooter & Plumbing who sent out a crew out to assess the situation. They were very professional and efficient. The team from King Rooter & Plumbing were able to get my sewer line working again and the clean up was handled efficiently. I'm glad I called them.

Guys showed up on time, were very personable, and did a great job replacing my water heater. Highly recommend!

Did not tell me they charge by the job! I should have asked. Had a Honeywell thermostat replace. Took minimal time and charged me $530. Never again.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

He went the extra mile to explain the process and his team was quick and efficient with replacing my 70 year old iron drain pipes. His rates were more than reasonable. We have had AMAZING service from James and his crew! We have called Green Plumbing several times to help us with projects ranging from small updates to a major underground service line leak and sewage line replacement. In both cases, James provided easier solutions than what other plumbers tried to convince us we needed, saving us from having to pay THOUSANDS on unnecessary work. The repairs and updates were done quickly and to the highest quality standards at very fair prices. We will call them again if needed in the future and very highly recommend them!!!

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
