Working with Thomas was a great experience. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me find the issue. We came to find out that the issue was not plumbing related and did not need his services. However, for future purposes, I have found a great plumber.

I would definitely recommend Water Heater Experts....specifically Alex. He was professional, knowledgeable but most importantly, he was candid about the issue I was having. He did not become a salesman which I was expecting; but instead offered an option to do some maintenance/repair work that was considerably less than a new hot water heater would be and it may give me several more years of use!
