The fan on our furnace was running continually. The first company I called couldn't get here until late Wednesday afternoon. I called Golden West and not only could they come today, Tech Carlos was in the area and able to come hours earlier than originally scheduled. Carlos so nice and professional. Our problem turned out to be a simple stuck switch and we were only charged for the service call. We greatly appreciate his honesty and quick assessment of the issue.
