As you can imagine one of the most stressful things that can happen is for your furnace to go out in the middle of winter. As we were scrambling to find a company that would be able to replace our furnace we were given the name of Tipping Hat and they were at our house within 2 hours of making the call. We met with 4 other companies and spoke to 2 more on the phone, but nobody was able to match the service and expertise these guys were offering.Michael spend 4 hours going over everything that needed to be done making sure that we were comfortable and had all of our questions answered. These guys were so courteous and professional that we ended up replacing almost the whole HVAC system except the water heater. They worked with us on the financial aspect with us and once again their professionalism shined through. The work was done by a crew that was truly a pleasure to have around the house (Tommy K, Benjamin B, Elijah L, Gabe B, and Michael L). These guys were simply the BEST! Everything was done as described and even when we hit a snag they were able to remedy the situation immediately without any additional cost to us. What a great service and professionalism! Thank you for all you did for us.

I've been using Plumbline for 2 1/2 years - always great service. Yesterday we had Dave Godfrey come by for a plumbing repair and he was fantastic. He went above and beyond with his knowledge of plumbing and discovered a way to repair our leak in the basement without cutting into the ceiling. He took the time to brainstorm a better repair method and it worked flawlessly. He is very experienced and knowledgeable at what he does. If we have plumbing repairs in the future; I will be asking for him specifically. Thank you Dave!

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Had Joe Ruiz out with Time plumbing & heating, he repaired several GAS LEAKS, most of them under the sssmmmaaalll crawl space and while under there also, located & repaired a substantial water drain . Excellent customer service and quality work. Highly recommend Joe and his company.
