Thomas is amongst one of the most professional contractors we have had the pleasure to work with. He was on time, up front, patient, but most of all, he demonstrated the utmost integrity. When we were required to make changes to our plumbing for inspections, he honored his commitment to us and came back to make all changes, even if they weren’t his fault, to ensure the job was done right and complete. His excellent work and knowledge of best practices, laws and regulations received high praise from our inspectors. Seldom go into our unfinished basement and this evening discovered our sewer line had backed up. Not a pleasant discovery. Called Plumbline and they had someone at our home within an hour. Kallem was on time, respectful of us and our property, professionally presentable and friendly. He helped us understand everything he was doing and why, next steps and options and why. We’ll have another tech from their company out today to do some camera work (please oh please be good news) and go from there. Still have cleanup work to do, but we’re making progress. Thanks Kallem and Plumbline for making a stressful (and gross) situation a little better.
