Horizon Services comes to our house, twice yearly, to do a routine maintenance/check up on our furnace. Recently, Reese was here, doing that service for us, and while checking out our furnace, discovered several leaks in our flue. They were in an area that was hidden and not easily seen, so we hadn't noticed them. When he pointed it out to me, I immediately gave my approval to have it all replaced! Thankfully, he did such a thorough and professional job for us as it could have resulted in a carbon monoxide leak in our house with disastrous results! Swan's has always been awesome, but in particular Chris Hoffman was amazing as a plumbing technician! His service was great and he helped me fix the problems I was having super quickly.

This is the second house and second furnace we've used Aaark to install. The technicians worked late to get the job done in one day and were courteous and professional. The estimator was thorough in adding needed components to his quote so our existing system was correct to code (which the original home builder did not do). Finally, their costs were quite reasonable. We would definitely recommend them.

Todd won my business from the get-go. I did call a few other plumbers prior but none compared. Todd installed a better water heater for less money. No nickel and dime extra this and that. He stuck to the price he quoted over the phone even when some extra work was needed.
