Keith was in communication before his arrival. As always, all techs have clean uniforms, shoe covers - very professional. Keith even asked me - I will be going in and out a few times - would you like me to knock or just come and go as needed? NICE! He spent some time after service to go over our system, its age, maintenance options, etc. NO PRESSURE - just giving me information. Now I have some items on MY radar for future decisonmaking! Cody was on time and walked me through the steps he would perform. For the next 20 minutes, I received a crash course on water heaters which was well worth the time and cost for the service performed. Todd's was easy to work with, scheduling was simple, and Cody the plumber was great. A pleasant experience from start to finish.
