Mike was extremely responsive - was able to swing by my place to see what was going on the same day I called him. He was very forthright about what it might be - understanding that the location of my issue (a kitchen sink drain leak & blockage) might make it easy or might make it difficult depending on what he found once he got into the part of the wall to investigate the issue.
