All techs were pros in their work and knowledge. All respected both homeowners and were willing to speak and explain the work to us. All were courteous. When the outside sewer line cleanout access ports are uncovered from dirt covering those ports, I am more than willing to give a five star.

Then checked the water pressure to see if a pressure reducing valve should be installed in the street, again never reported any pressure problems, just looking for an upsell like I was buying appetizers at BennigansThen said the garbage disposal was shot, which I agreed with, since it was 25 years old. Said he had some on his truck wanted to charge me $800 for a disposal, I looked at Home Depot $135, told him I would go pick it up and save $700, don't mind a reasonable markup but 600% is excessive.I would never use them again for this reasonFollowup, the work they charged excessive rates for is now leaking, so my positive comments on the workmanship I will take back.
