Rich from Tyco did an amazing job. On time, worked with a sense of urgency. Great communicator. As an employee of Tyco he shared how much he loves working for the company. Rich needed another set of hands to get our giant water heater up and down the stairs and the owner of the company arrived to help him out. Seems like a great operation top to bottom. Pricing was very fair. Water heater replaced and a faucet and garbage disposal installed in 6 hours. Fantastic experience.

update: had a 2nd small leak and Robert came out and fixed it quick (under warranty, no charge). I thought I smelled gas a 3rd time and Robert came back again and this time everything was good to go, Robert was definitely a big help both times.
