Website said Clear any drain $99 Special through the end of the month. Then a supervisor showed up, followed by the plumber. (hmm, 2 against 1, sounds more like used car salesmen). Oh, no that does not apply here, it will be $350 to clear your Tub Drain...can you say BAIT and SWITCH. No thanks, I'll do it myself.

The person who took the call, Julia, was extremely rude. When I said I needed some information before giving my details to schedule a visit, she hung up on me.

New heating system put in 01/02/20. Issue after issue with these guys. Didn’t even hook up fan when installing. Humidifier leaks all over the place and and on lowest setting humidity in my ranch home gets above 60%. after 4 return visits to fix it, having them remove because they can’t figure it out. Temp dropped last night due to the rain we got all day yesterday and furnace won’t turn on. House temp is now 58 deg. Heat hasn’t been turned in for a week due to warm weather but when we do need it we can’t count on dr fix it to install equipment correctly/ quality and feel confident that it will work. Use any other hvac company. These guys are a joke.
