Rich from Tyco is, without question, the most customer-respecting, careful and competent plumbing professional with whom I’ve ever worked. Rich is meticulous in his setup, analysis of the problem and listing a series of solutions, both short and long term. Tyler’s pricing is fair and sending Rich to us was the absolute best way to resolve our leaking American Standard toilet. I had tried a number of self-fix options from the hardware store: not only did Rich treat my efforts with respect rather than ridicule, but he improved the work which I had done, gave me time to see whether that fix worked or whether a more expensive solution was required, and then resolved the problem quickly, efficiently and professionally. I wasn't really sure what to expect, having picked Green Plumbing by Yelping for plumbers in the Highlands Ranch area. Called to make an appointment, spoke to James, and very quickly had a date scheduled.

Ryan showed up as scheduled, went over the work I'd wanted done, looked into it, came up with an estimate and explained what he observed, what he recommended, and the estimated cost. These were all very reasonable, so I gave the go ahead - had a balky kitchen faucet and shut off valves and a house shutoff valve replaced. Ryan then proceeded to do the work and finished much faster than he thought he would ---- and then dropped the cost of repairs to reflect the fact that he needed less time than thought!

Everything about the entire process - from making the appointment, getting the work done, and the actual end results (over a week later) - was about as excellent as one could have hoped for.
