Bruce was absolutely awesome, came out for a company as a third party technician on a Saturday morning just to help me out during an emergency plumbing situation. He’s was very personable who was fair, honest, and professional. I was in a bind financially and Bruce bid me an outstanding price for the work he did, didn’t rip me off like a lot of the other companies do. Knew exactly what the problem was before he even showed up to the house from looking at some pictures I sent him and was in and out within the hour with the job complete. Won’t ever use another plumber besides Bruce Thomas in the Denver area again. Highly recommend.

Tony was very knowledgeable and fixed some weird issues in our older home. Where other plumbers had overlooked things that were set up incorrectly, he spotted them right away and fixed them thoroughly, resulting in our appliances working better. He also took the time to educate me on how it all worked. I will definitely be using them for our future plumbing needs.

Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

I called several other plumbers before At Your Service, leaving messages and never getting a call back. At Your Service responded right away and scheduled an appointment within a couple days. The plumber was courteous and very competent. I felt the price was reasonable. I will use them again.

Nice guy came to give a quote to replace tankless water heater I’ll give two stars cause the guy was nice about trying to straight rob me 10,000 to replace tankless!!! water gas lines already there wanted to change vent nothing that would have taken more then half hour these guys must charge 1000 plus for labor per hour!!! come on man is anyone dumb enough to pay 10000 for tankless swap

After being told by Plumbline that we needed to replace our entire sewer line and it would be $22,000, I was incredibly grateful to get a second opinion by Sewer Lines Only. Morgan was able to get Ian scheduled to swing by for an estimate that same day. Ian did a great job identifying the problem and was able to get his team scheduled the next day. They excavated and were able to extract a giant root snake that had developed in the line. They used a great new product called the “Clogg Dogg” that very few companies have. Only needed to replace a 10 foot section and the cost was 1/5 of what we had been previously quoted by Plumbline.
I can’t recommend Sewer Lines Only enough, they are extremely honest, professional and do great work.
