I highly recommend 24 HR Emergency Plumber Denver INC for the quick response. The plumber arrived exactly on time and was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and communicated exactly what was happening. I recommend their outstanding services.

The plumbing work was great. However I found one of the men inside our home multiple times not wearing a mask. They were here for hours and I have two small kids in my house who cannot wear masks. I found it very disappointing and unprofessional.

Edit: I have heard from Travis at An Affordable Plumber and received a genuine apology about the mask issue. I was informed that the employee I saw without a mask is a new employee and he has been reminded of the company policy to wear masks indoors at all times. I have one other plumbing issue that needs to be addressed and I think we will use An Affordable Plumber for that work as I have been guaranteed this would not happen again.

Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.

It was a real pleasure working with the technicians from this company. Whatever plumbing problem you have, you can be sure that they will sort it out. Thanks DPC for being there when my piping systems was a mess. I highly recommend this guys.
