My experience with Spartan Plumbing was stellar!!! After many years of being taken advantage of by contractors, this company is honest. I worked mostly with Vaughn. I had a clog on 5/26/2021 and it was cleared, then two days later the drain in the kitchen overflowed. It was more than just a clog. Vaughn came out, re-augured the pipes and ran the camera through the 72-year-old cast iron pipes. There was an obstruction somewhere. I decided to go ahead and replace all the 72-year-old plumbing with PVC. First, though, the overflow had to be dried out and sanitized. Vaughn called DeepWater Restoration who came out the same evening and set up industrial fans and filters to dry out the area. After the dry-out, Vaughn and team removed and replaced the old copper and cast iron plumbing. When the cast iron was removed, it was found that big roots had grown through the cast iron. Vaughn also advised me about contacting my homeowner’s insurance company to see if some of the repairs were covered (they were). If you need plumbing of any kind, I recommend Spartan!

I needed the pipes going to and from the water heater changed and I used Elite Drains and plumbing. The contractor was very polite, bought all the materials and showed me the receipts. He changed the pipes and finished the job in 2 hours. I am very happy with the overall service.

Affordable Plumber came in with the lowest quote, but due to money being tight I did the project myself. Took me forever, but got it done. Had I the money, would have gone with Carlos and Affordable Plumber hands down.

Today, I had the best possible experience with a plumber. The plumber showed there promptly, cheerfully, and extremely well-informed. He determined the problem and set to work fixing it, at least temporarily fixing my shower and toilet. He performed an excellent job, told me what to expect, and made the whole thing easy on me. Some of the best customer service and work product EVER! We moved into a new house on a Friday and Friday night noticed a leak under a sink. I messaged Plumbers near me and got an IMMEDIATE response from Saul. The next day (a Saturday) they were at our property and fixed the problem quickly and at the price estimated via yelp. Jony was so nice, thorough and quick. These guys truly care about their customers and their work. And I LOVE supporting a family business. Great work guys!!!!

I always call this company when I need plumbing services. They came out this year to fix our drain issues and gave me a good price for the service, I looked around at 3 other companies for quotes this one was the best. Highly recommended.

I had scheduled to have a water heater installed today and was told that my appointment window was between 10am and 2pm (4 hours!). Fine. But, by 2pm, I hadn’t heard from them, so I called to find out the status. Was told that the tech was running behind, but was about 30 minutes away and just finishing up another job. As soon as he was done, he would (supposedly) head my direction. Two and a half hours later, still nothing! So, I called the company again. They then put me on hold for 15 minutes while they “contacted dispatch.” After sitting on hold, they then came back on the line and said they weren’t able to get ahold of the tech, but suggested rescheduling two days later. I told them that they’d already ruined my plans for today by not showing, that the suggested reschedule wouldn’t work for me and that I needed it installed today. I also expressed my frustration with their complete lack of communication regarding the install and the fact that I had to call them twice to get a status update. And, they were completely unapologetic about the situation. I don’t know why the Home Depot contracts with them! This is completely unacceptable!
