Horizon Services comes to our house, twice yearly, to do a routine maintenance/check up on our furnace. Recently, Reese was here, doing that service for us, and while checking out our furnace, discovered several leaks in our flue. They were in an area that was hidden and not easily seen, so we hadn't noticed them. When he pointed it out to me, I immediately gave my approval to have it all replaced! Thankfully, he did such a thorough and professional job for us as it could have resulted in a carbon monoxide leak in our house with disastrous results! I called First Response Plumbing after waking up in the morning to a dead water heater. Ilya was able to respond to my call within a couple hours and promptly (barely over an hour start to finish) replaced my water heater for a very reasonable price. I will be using First Response Plumbing again.

I called A Better Plumber to have a outdoor water spigot replaced, and when the plumber Joshua arrived, I asked if he had time to also perform another job while he was here. Joshua was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and patient as he explained to me what my options were. I produced a bid that was fair to the job and once completed walked me through everything he did.I was so pleased with him that I called the company and asked for him to be my ‘regular’ plumber.Excellent services, great communication from the plumber and business, and I would definitely recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.
