He scheduled my appointment as soon as possible knowing the urgency of the issue.The service professional was experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. The work was performed with quality, neatness, and timeliness. I was treated as a valued customer and with sincerity for the urgency. I will be calling Roto-Rooter for any future plumbing service.

We have worked with flow plumbing on all of our plumbing needs over the past 3 years. They have always been prompt, thorough, and very flexible with my schedule. If we ever did have an issue with a job they did, they were always very fast at fixing the problem and ensuring that we were satisfied with the job. There staff is knowledgeable, respectful, and kind (they always wear booties over there shoes). I honestly do not have any major complaints with their performance, staff, calendar, or any other part of this company. I don't typically review companies but I feel good plumbers (service professionals in general) are becoming harder and harder to find so I felt I should help others looking for a reputable plumbing company. My elderly father had a dishwasher, washer, sink and toilet that were all giving him issues. He had another plumbing company come out a couple of months ago and sort of fix the issue. I say sort of because they ran a snake where they could, never really fixed the issue but still charged him $200. I have used O'Bryan Plumbing in the Allen area and was please with their service so decided to let them look at my fathers home. We set up an appointment. My father is a bit nervous of strangers in his home so Asa and Javier called me ahead of time so I could let my father know they were nearly there. They kept me informed by phone of their progress and explained the issues and solutions in detail. They resolved all of his drain issues at a reasonable price. I had dinner with my father later that evening and he commented on how polite and respectful they were. I believe if you choose to use O'Bryan Plumbing you won't be disappointed.

They must not need any new customers, since they don't return calls. I called twice last week, leaving messages with Pam, and no one has ever called me back.
