Walker installed my central heat and air. They sold me a two ton a/c unit based on the info. That the salesman quoted. They guaranteed that the unit would keep my 835 sq. Foot house cool. Well, it didn’t. It wouldn’t cool to below 85 degrees. I haggled with them for months that the unit was not cooling. They tried to tell me that the unit was working just fine. So 85 degrees is cooling on a 100+ degrees outside? I wound up getting a 2 1/2 ton replacement for a nominal charge from them.Needless to say, I’ve never used them for anything ever sense.
