So of course on a Sunday morning my sewer lines decide to back up. We called AAA Auger Plumbing Services because for one they are open on Sundays and two because they don't charge a weekend fee. Eric and Dylan showed up around 4pm and saved me from a clogged line! They were both awesome. Customer service was their top priority! They explained everything they were doing. When I asked my million questions they answered everyone of them with a smile. As they began reaming out the line they constantly checked the showers and toilets to make sure they were moving water properly. The quality of their work made me a customer for life! Last Sunday evening (Labor Day weekend), I called CPR because water from my air conditioning draining kept backing up due to a previous plumber blocking the drain pipe outlet when he installed a new sink in the bathroom. I had never done business with CPR before and Chad said he would be there in 20 minutes, which he was. Chad redid the bathroom sink drainage and now my AC drains properly. Extremely pleased with CPR. Willing to help a new customer on a holiday weekend at a reasonable price. Polite over the phone and on the job site. Will use them for my future plumbing needs. Many thanks again to Chad.
