Jeff Dubose was extremely professional. He arrived on time and explained everything he was going to do, along with prices. He was very courteous and we really appreciated the extra steps he took to keep our house clean before beginning the work. He treated us and our property respectfully . I don't typically review companies but I feel good plumbers (service professionals in general) are becoming harder and harder to find so I felt I should help others looking for a reputable plumbing company. My elderly father had a dishwasher, washer, sink and toilet that were all giving him issues. He had another plumbing company come out a couple of months ago and sort of fix the issue. I say sort of because they ran a snake where they could, never really fixed the issue but still charged him $200. I have used O'Bryan Plumbing in the Allen area and was please with their service so decided to let them look at my fathers home. We set up an appointment. My father is a bit nervous of strangers in his home so Asa and Javier called me ahead of time so I could let my father know they were nearly there. They kept me informed by phone of their progress and explained the issues and solutions in detail. They resolved all of his drain issues at a reasonable price. I had dinner with my father later that evening and he commented on how polite and respectful they were. I believe if you choose to use O'Bryan Plumbing you won't be disappointed.

I have always used roto-rooter services, they have always been on time and very professional. My technicians were Zach Crawford (manager) who helped with the filing of the insurance and Luigie was involved in the water restoration. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend roto-rooter.

DO NOT use this company! I called for someone to meet a rep from the city to turn on gas at a rental property. I spoke with them at least 3 times within a 24 hour period to confirm. They never showed up! I called 5 times, when they finally answered the phones, they said someone had cancelled my appt! Said they couldn’t help me. Don’t waste your time!
