As a result of the winter storm that hit Texas in February 2021, I had a busted pipe in my house. This company happened to be helping my neighbor. I asked him if he can fix it and he said yes for $370.He came in and within 4 minutes he was done. He simply cut the pipe and capped it. He believed he was done. I said, it’s not fixed. I agreed to $370 for you to fix not cap it. He started getting louder and bragged how he charged the elderly all day that amount! I tried to reason with him that I agreed to that amount for it to be fixed. He got more aggressive, louder and threatened to sew me. I have children in the house and they could hear everything. I finally agreed to pay $250. I have worked with top New York City Attorneys and I assure you, they did not charge $250 for 4 minutes of their time. I am writing this review to inform you of the type of morals and character this company has, taking advantage of Texas in a time of disaster.

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

I finally got someone else out to fix my plumbing. After this company tried and failed. They by no means were inexpensive. And never came back after their repairs started leaking

Mesquite Credit Union recently contracted with Above All Plumbing Service to replace the plumbing underneath our building that was broken as a result of a major shift in our foundation. Jim Ruppert and his professional crew did an outstanding job. They were competitively priced, they worked quickly, kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond. We passed the inspection by the City of Mesquite the first time. Jim informed us up front that a trench would be dug under the building and provided pictures of the broken pipes before and after the work was finished. This was a big job and we are very happy with the result.
