Howard & Quail came out to my house shortly before 9pm on a saturday, they stayed until midnight doing everything they could to make sure my plumbing problems were fixed. They even went so far as to drive behind my house to figure out what the issue was.Highly satisfied and great customer service was rendered. The whole time they had smiles on their faces and I could not have asked for a better pair of plumbers.I would reccomend them to anyone and everyone who needs 24hr plumbing needs.

We’ve been having an issue with our kitchen sink whereby water drained slowly and finally stopped draining. After replacing 90% of the parts under the sink I concluded this was an issue I needed professional help with. A co-worker recommended Scott Hubbard and after I explained over the phone what was happening he diagnosed it. He arrived 15 minutes early (Which I appreciated) and during the process of fixing the issue clarified what was being done. He is very knowledgeable, personable and will be the plumber I will always use.

Aaron provided prompt service, was courteous, explained all details on work being completed, and left our bathroom clean. We have used Benjamin Franklin multiple times and will continue to call on them. Aaron's work is a great representation of the company.

Tried calling multiple times ( 6 total) . After speaking to Alecia multiple times on the phone to schedule a repair and replace a floor drain I was told a plumber would be available Monday August 16th. Asked for an email with bid and time when I would expect a plumber to come out. Confirmed a date over phone but was awaiting an email confirming price and time of arrival. Just got a call cancelling the job. Poor customer service!

Good experience all around. Will call again.
