Having used Cody and Sons for years, I asked them to find a major leak in my water system, to check out my hot water heater, and re-vent my dryer which has become a fire hazard. As always, Cody and Sons met the challenge. Mark is a personable, helpful, polite and professional young man. He explained (so that I could understand) and showed me where all the problems were and how they could be fixed. With employees like Mark, I have complete trust and confidence in Cody and Sons, will always use them and recommend them highly.

The plumber was professional and personable. They detected our problem quickly and gave me options on how to repair. Very happy with this company. Definitely give them a try!

Louis was prompt, efficient, courteous and professional, he did a great job.
My only comment was the cost was twice for the same water heater as i had your company install 16 months ago. Louis explained it was for a new shut off device.
