We woke to no AC and called Walker Air conditioning before they opened up for business and promptly recieved a return call. I spoke with their office and explained our ac issues the had me scheduled for an early afternoon appointment the same day. They called when they were on the way and were there on time. The technician was friendly and polite and quickly assessed the AC system and explained everything to me before they made the repairs. The showed me the damage part and the replacement one and explained the warranty. Jeff and his helper Chan recently installed two water heaters and I can't say enough good things about this experience. First, I liked the fact they are insured - it costs the business more but it protects the customer. I'm very happy with the quality of the product, totally professional installation - they were very nice people and I felt comfortable having them in my home. My step dad needed a new unit. They showed up on a HOT July Friday night and we had cool air by Saturday afternoon.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! First off I would like to say the crew that was at my house was very respectful and polite and the overall results of the work they did complete was of good quality. My main problem has to do with the lack of communication and the disrespect of the owner Chris. Please save yourself the trouble and do not do business with this company. I did a walk through of my house with Chris originally. My house is basically new construction and I hired Chris to install the the interior doors and baseboards. There was 9 interior doors and about 250 feet of baseboards in the whole house. During our walkthrough Chris said 1-2 days at the most to get it all done. During the first day I did a walkthrough with the crew leader AB (who is a very friendly and great crew leader) and we discussed which direction I wanted every door to swing open as I had purchased all the doors already. When I came back after they were done the first day I found they had installed only 4 doors so far and 2 of them were installed backwards. I advised AB of this and he said they would fix it, which they did the second day but now I was paying $180 per hour for them to fix their mistake. Mid day of day 2 I asked Chris and AB if it would be all done by the end of the day and was told yes it still would be. I returned at the end of the day to find 6 out of the 9 doors done and about 70% of the baseboards done. The crew said they would have to come back, which I replied don’t bother because I can’t keep paying that much for slow work. I paid $3,500 for a not finished project that should have taken 2 days at the most. Later that evening I receive a text from Chris asking if I was satisfied and I sent a reply advising I was not and outlining the issues I had with the services. He replied with disrespectful texts which I will include in the pictures for proof. Please do not do business with this guy! His employees are nice but the ownership is a joke. I hope his employees find a better company to work for in the future.

I did a google search for a friend in Dallas who needed plumbing service. I stumbled across Koen Plumbing company and had to give them a call on behalf of my friend. They gave a timeline to show up and fix the issue and they turned up as promised.

Poor service, poor quality, poor workmanship,no leadership, no accountability doesn’t have a clue what they are doing and always has an excuse of why it’s not done correctly. This is supposed to be a professional company with in-house repair personnel and everyone performing the work are sub-contractors. Sub-Par work with no quality or skills. Run do not hire them.
