I discovered I had a leak in the water line to the house but couldn’t find or hear any evidence of a leak other than the water meter slowly spinning. Called Baker Bros and they had a tech at the house in a couple of hours. I explained to the tech, Robert Conley, the problem and he went to work. He soon had the leak isolated to the main line between the meter and the house shutoff valve. I was given a quote to replace the line. They had the job completed in 2 days. He kept me informed and I am very pleased with the work. I highly recommend Baker Bros.

Jeff was great and really helped me when I was in a bind for a great price. He was very helpful in figuring out the issues we had and kept me in the loop the entire time with our repair. He had helped my in laws out with a similar plumbing issue last year and I’m so glad we were able to get him out to our house.Honestly one of the better experiences I’ve had with a contractor in years!

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

I called in the morning and Jerry was there that afternoon. He went straight to the problem and corrected it right away. Very polite and very professional!

The installation of our new AC system was excellent. The explanation of the warranty agreement left a lot to be desired. Had to call the manufacturer to get the clear details of what they covered vs. what Wilson's covered. It was very convoluted and confusing.

I requested a bid from this company. I got a text back saying to call them at 11pm which I did as I was awake. Talked to Chris who asked me the details about the project and then asked me What is your budget as if he is qualifying his clients based on how much money he can profit from. It was for a retaining wall and I have no idea how much does these things cost. Neither he offered to setup an appointment to meet me to assess the project scope. Rather he went on bragging how good he is and what not. After wasting 30 minutes on the phone call, he then sent me a text outlining his hourly rate, no clock out for any reasons (Wait, what? Really!) and when I responded to him for clarification, he wrote me a long message how he feels that I will be a difficult customer and he don't want my business as he has plenty of work. He is super arrogant and I can only related to those poor comments that people have left. I wish I had done my due diligence. I will never do business with such an unprofessional person. If you are willing to risk it, your call.

This is the best plumbing company I've ever seen.I had a water leaking problem on the pipe underneath of my house. Guess what?John and his assistant showed up and fixed the issue within 2 hours.Can anyone believe this? They were so quick and very professional.
